Kelly Dial has had a passion for fitness for more than twenty years. As a high school and college athlete, she wanted to transfer her love for health and fitness into her life as a wife and mother of three. She has been AFAA certified and taught everything from BOOTCAMP to indoor cycling. After being introduced to Les Mills' BODYPUMP in 2008, she was immediately addicted and became a certified BODYPUMP instructor.
She also went on to receive certifications in other Les Mills programs such as AIM 1, BODYCOMBAT, and BODYFLOW. With a busy schedule as a homeschooling mom and wife, Kelly finds teaching BODYFLOW at FLEX Group Fitness is a way to keep her mind grounded and her body strong in order to tackle what daily life throws at her.
